The DDS02.2-W050-BE43-02-FW is a digital AC servo drive built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. It belongs to Line 02 and is Version 2 within that line. The unit converts command data from the machine control into precisely metered phase currents so a matched motor can follow programmed motion profiles. By regulating torque and velocity in real time, it connects motion-control commands with mechanical movement on automated assembly lines and similar industrial equipment.

During operation, the drive can deliver a continuous output of 50 A to the motor windings, which supports mid-frame servo axes that require quick acceleration and stable running torque. Installation altitude is limited to 1000 m, which helps maintain the expected cooling performance of the power section. When the machine is idle, the unit can be stored at temperatures from -30 to 85 °C without damage to its components. That storage range is suitable for transport and warehousing in unconditioned indoor spaces before the drive is placed into service.
