The DDS02.2-W050-BE23-00 is a modular digital servo drive built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. It converts command data from a motion controller into precise motor phase currents, enabling coordinated multi-axis movement in automated machinery and material-handling lines. By integrating gate-drive electronics, control logic, and communication functions in a single rack-mountable housing, the unit serves as the direct interface between the power supply and the mechanical load. It is suited for applications that need repeatable torque, speed control, and synchronized motion across several servo axes.

The drive exchanges real-time setpoints and status words over a SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic timing with other axes on the fiber-optic ring.
