The DDS02.2-W015-BT20-01-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. It supplies regulated three-phase power and closed-loop control so that connected servo motors follow speed and position commands from higher-level PLCs. By coordinating current, voltage, and encoder data, the controller converts electronic motion commands into accurate mechanical movement in packaging lines, printing presses, and material-handling systems. This makes it suitable for axes that need repeatable acceleration, steady speed regulation, and precise stopping behavior. The unit is used where the drive must respond quickly to changing load conditions while maintaining coordinated axis motion across automated equipment.
Continuous output is rated at 15 A, a level matched to small and mid-frame motors without overloading the power stage. Heat is removed by internal air cooling, so cabinet air passes through the heat sink without external ducting.
