The DDS02.2-A200-BE45-01-FW is an industrial control device produced by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors by regulating the input current received by the motor to generate a proportional motor response. This industrial controller can be flexibly combined with both synchronous and induction motors to create a rapid response drive that can support the operation of highly advanced industrial motors such as metal forming machines, food processing systems, and handing machines. The housing of this industrial controller offers protection according to the IP20 protection class; however, for optimum protection, the controller should be integrated into an additional control cabinet that provides minimum protection according to the IP54 protection class. This industrial controller is optimally safe for industrial operation; however, the operation of the controller with the wrong configuration parameters, wrong wiring, and incorrect velocity command can cause the dangerous movement of electrical motors controlled by this device.
The DDS02.2-A200-BE45-01-FW contains special internal memory, which keeps important configurational information and aids the rapid start-up of the controller when it is required for operation.
