The DDS02.1-W200-DS04-01 model can withstand temperatures as high as +45°C. The drive controller is a quick response drive for MDD and LAR AC motors. These motors are well suited for usage in machine tools, textiles, robotics, and handling equipment. The DDS02.1 drive controller includes a SERCOS communication module and digital servo feedback. The highest installation height of the drive controller is 1000 meters, with absolute humidity under 25 g/m3 in the installation region. Because of its IP 20-rated case, the drive controller is dust particle protected, but it is not adequate to keep fluids away and should be maintained in a closed cabinet. The model dissipates 560 watts of power at 90 A constant current usage by the motor. The model has EMC compliance to remove undesired radio frequencies. The DDS02.1 drive controller is part of a digital intelligent drive system and has a 300 V DC bus voltage. The design of the drive controller is configurable, and it functions on a 24 V DC input voltage supplied by the power supply unit.
