Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDS02.1-W200-DA01-01-FW drive controller within the DDS Drive Controllers series. The unit is a digital AC servo drive controller that works with Indramat supply modules to power and regulate synchronous and asynchronous servomotors used in industrial automation. It combines the power stage, signal processing, and protective logic needed to convert motion commands from higher-level control systems into regulated motor current. In automated machinery, it supports controlled acceleration, steady running, and responsive changes in motor load. Its modular rack format supports compact multi-axis cabinet layouts and keeps related drive components grouped in a standardized enclosure.

The drive’s electrical output is rated at 200 A, allowing it to operate motors that require high torque during rapid acceleration and demanding load changes. The controller uses separate firmware that is supplied as an individual subitem, so the hardware can be paired with the software package required for the application. Motion functions are identified by Function ID 01, while the related control assignment is Function ID version 01. The hardware is marked as Version 1, identifying the revision level of the controller electronics. This arrangement separates the software assignment from the base hardware and helps keep compatible control functions together in the same system.
