The DDS02.1-W150-DG02-00 is a digital AC servo drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDS Drive Controllers series. It converts DC bus power from a supply module into regulated three-phase output for a matched servo motor, while processing encoder signals to close the position and speed loops. In modular automation cabinets, this controller forms the axis interface that allows packaging stations, material-handling gantries, and machining centers to execute precise, programmable motion profiles. Because the power stage and feedback processing are combined in one unit, the drive can regulate motor response quickly during acceleration, deceleration, and position correction.
The unit relies on internal air cooling, so ambient air already inside the cabinet is pulled across the heat sink and the enclosure must provide sufficient clearance for airflow.
