The DDS model belongs to DDS series of highly reliable drive controllers offered by Rexroth Indramat. These units are IP20 degree protected and rated for use in various industrial devices. Bosch ensure operational reliability by passing these units through various inspection and testing procedures. The DDS02.1-W150 model is a basic drive control unit by Rexroth Indramat. The DDS02.1 drive control unit is designed to be used in conjunction with various AC motors including 2AD, LSF, LAF, LAR, MKD, and MDD. It may only be used in applications with ambient temperature maintained in between 0 and +45 degree Celsius. This drive control unit is configured before delivering it to the customer. A configured controller consist of a basic unit, plug-in module, software module, and a firmware. The firmware must be configured prior to operation. If needed to use in hot weather, a control cabinet may be used to maintain the ambient temperature in range of 0… +40 degree Celsius.
