The DDS02.1-W100-RA02-00 is an industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of induction and synchronous motor used in industrial servo systems. This controller is a modular device that features a durable housing unit designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions. This drive controller is also very easy to control; it features a control panel made up of a keyboard and a display unit through which the operation of the servo system and be controlled and monitored in real-time. Under ideal operating conditions, this drive controller maintains an operational efficiency of about 90 percent for more than five years without requiring any major repair operation. This controller can be configured by using special configurational modules, which are inserted into special slots labeled U1 to U5 on the controller's housing.
The DDS02.1-W100-RA02-00 industrial drive controller features an internal air blower and a special heatsink that works together to regulate the controller’s internal temperature via forced ventilation. The rated continuous current required by this controller is about 40 amperes, while the maximum input current that can be used by the controller is 100 amperes.
