The DDS02.1-W100-DS63-00-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDS Drive Controllers series. Designed to manage synchronous and induction motors in modular automation cabinets, the unit converts command data from the machine control into regulated three-phase output for real-time positioning and speed loops. By combining power electronics, signal conditioning, and network communication in one housing, it serves as the actuator interface for packaging lines, material handling axes, and other coordinated multi-axis systems. It is used where motion commands must be translated into stable motor current for accurate axis response. The compact format keeps motor control and feedback handling within a single cabinet-mounted module.

Drive behavior is coordinated over the SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic exchange of setpoints and diagnostic data with higher-level PLCs. When the machine is powered down, the circuitry tolerates storage and transport temperatures from -30 to 85 °C. The unit is part of Line 02 and uses design version 1 within the DDS platform. These operating limits cover typical production areas as well as non-operating storage during shipping or warehouse staging.
