The DDS02.1-W100-DS24-04-FW is a highly responsive drive control system that has been designed for the control of industrial drive motors. The speed and position of various Rexroth motors can be controlled with the help of this drive controller. Due to its rapid response, this model is preferred in a wide range of industries. In addition to its role as a servo platform, this model is also used as a mains spindle driver. This model is installed with a corrective feedback system that is highly sensitive to any changes in the programmed values of speed and position. Whenever there is a deviation between the actual and programmed values, the closed feedback is triggered and any error is instantly rectified. The system ensures that the required adjustments in the motor’s shaft position and speed are made in real time.
The DDS02.1-W100-DS24-04-FW can be operated in a variety of operating conditions. Due to its rugged build quality, the system can be used in all areas that have an elevation 1000 meters below sea level. Within this elevation level, the system can easily adapt to atmospheric pressure. The system is suitable for use in all areas where the relative humidity is below 95%. The system should be operated in external temperatures in the range of 5 °C and 95 °C. Due to its adaptability, the drive controller can be paired with the MDD motors, the LAR series motors, the MBW motors, 1MB motors, LAR motors, and the MKD motors. The system can be fully extended by the use of additional plug-in modules.
