Within a motion axis, the unit supplies regulated power to the attached motor and interprets encoder data so that the drive, PLC, and mechanical load remain synchronized. It processes feedback continuously to keep commanded motion aligned with the required axis profile during acceleration, steady travel, and stopping. This makes the controller suitable for packaging lines, transfer systems, and assembly stations that require repeatable positioning.
