Mounted inside a machine control cabinet, it converts reference commands from a PLC into timed three-phase output patterns that regulate torque, speed, and position. The module combines power electronics, signal processing, and fieldbus connectivity in one housing, which helps reduce cabinet complexity in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment. This arrangement lets the drive respond quickly to setpoint changes while supporting coordinated axis motion during normal machine operation.
