The DDS02.1-W050-RS16-01 is a digital AC servo drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the DDS Drive Controllers series. It forms the closed-loop link between a machine PLC and the power stage that drives a servomotor, so commanded motion can be translated into regulated drive action. In multi-axis equipment, it helps maintain coordinated motor response during starts, stops, indexing, and speed changes. This role lets the controller support precise acceleration and deceleration without relying on open-loop operation.
