The DDS02.1-W050-DS55-00-FW model is a specially designed drive controller that can fulfill your custom motion control requirements. The DDS02.1 drive controller is a part of a digital intelligent drive control system that assists in controlling the operations of the attached synchronous and linear motors. The model is designed to operate at the rated power of 50 A and a 24 VDC supply unit is used to make a connection with the main power supply module. The DDS02.1 drive controller features the DSS01.3 SERCOS interface card, DEF01.1 incremental position interface, DEA04.2 input/output interface, and DSM02.1 software module. The drive controller is equipped with digital servo feedback that controls the indirect position of the rotor. The controller must be placed inside a highly protective control cabinet due to its low protection category. The DDS01.3 command communication card is placed in the U1 slot of the controller that helps in developing effective communication. The incremental position interface (DEF01.1) is installed in the U2 slot of the controller for transmitting the square wave signals. The input/output interface (DEA04.2) is installed in the U3 slot and provides 15 inputs and 16 outputs for exchanging binary signals.
The model DDS02.1-W050-DS55-00-FW can be customized by installing various plug-in modules in the slots of the basic unit and the firmware (DSM02.1) must be ordered as a separate sub-item. U5 slot is designated only for installing firmware modules and it contains the drive parameters and operating software. U4 slot of the DSS02.1 controller is empty. As per manufacturer recommendations, the controller should be installed under the ambient temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius and the allowable mounting height of this drive controller is 1000 MSL.
