The DDS02.1-W050-DS31-00 is a sophisticated industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is manufactured under ideal operating conditions; it features a modular design and can be integrated into any position in the industrial servo system. The DDS02.1-W050-DS31-00 industrial controller is also an environmentally friendly device that does not generate a high amount of noise during operation; it is also free of dangerous chemicals such as silicon, asbestos and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The modular design of this industrial drive controller makes it possible to flexibly combine the controller and the servo motor to create one compact drive package which can be supported by a single power supply unit, making the controller more cost-effective.
The DDS02.1-W050-DS31-00 industrial drive controller is supplied to the industrial operator as a fully configured unit made up of a command communication module, auxiliary plug-in modules, and specialized software modules. These configuration modules are integrated into specific slots present on the controller's housing; these slots are labelled U1 to U5. The DDS02.1-W050-DS31-00 industrial controller is also a self-diagnostic device as it can independently detect operational error and promptly alert the operator by displaying warning signals through its light-emitting diodes. Only industrial motors that can provide the controller with digital motor feedback in real-time is compatible with the controller.
