The DDS02.1-W050-DS04-01 model is equipped with a DZF01.1 gearwheel encoder interface which is installed in the U2 slot of the drive controller. The DDS02.1 drive controller is configured to control the functions and operations of the drive controller. Cold technology is used in this model for maintaining its ambient temperature and the controller is suggested to be installed in the switchgear cabinet of IP54 protection. The protection category of the drive controller is IP20 and it can be operated under humid conditions, without condensation. The maximum installation elevation for this module is 1000 meters above sea level and it can be mounted under the permissible temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius. The DDS02.1 drive controller is developed as per UL standards and it must be stored at a dry place under the ambient temperature range of -30 to +85 degree Celsius. A 24 VDC power supply module is attached to this controller and the controller undergoes the power loss of 250 mA while operating at the input power of 24 VDC. The basic unit of the controller can be configured according to the required functions by installing various plug-in modules.
The model DDS02.1-W050-DS04-01 uses the SERCOS interface for developing smooth and effective communication with the attached devices. The internal circuit of the drive controller is designed to be operated at the constant current of 50 A. Read the DDS instruction manual carefully prior to installation and only a trained person is allowed to operate this drive controller. The controller can be shipped to you by Wake Industrial along with a one-year warranty package.
