The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-W050-DS03-01 is a DDS series AC drive. It has a shipping weight of approximately 7.5 kilograms. The width of the drive unit is 105 millimeters. The drive has an IP20 rated enclosure that is designed for vertical mounting inside a control cabinet. As the drive dissipates heat inside the control cabinet, it should be mounted inside large cabinets and air conditioning may also be required. The recommended working temperature range is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The ambient relative humidity should be less than 95%. The front panel of the DDS02.1-W050-DS03-01 is where the slots for plug-in modules and various interfaces are located. One RS-232 interface is provided on the drive and can be used for serial communication with a PC or a VT100 terminal.
