The DDS02.1-W050-DL40-01-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the speed, acceleration, and general operation of industrial motors used in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is designed by highly trained engineers; it features a housing unit manufactured with strong industrial materials, allowing it to protect internal components from the penetration of large foreign substances. This industrial drive controller carries out a closed-loop control; it can independently correct any deviation of the motor from the predetermined configurational parameters. This controller is designed to be absolutely safe for industrial operation; however, the connection of the motor to sub-standard accessories and the configuration of the motor with the wrong parameters can cause the controller to initiate the dangerous movement of the industrial synchronous motor.
The DDS02.1-W050-DL40-01-FW industrial drive controller does not contain a firmware module; this should be separately ordered by the industrial operator as a separate sub-position. The permissible temperature range at which this industrial motor can be operated falls between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius; however, if the controller is not required for industrial operation, it can be stored at a temperature at high as 75 degrees Celsius. This controller also contains special light-emitting diodes, which the industrial operator can use to monitor the operational status of the controller. The motor also contains a single axis positional control communication module; however, it is only compatible with industrial motors that contain digital servo feedback.
Under normal operating conditions, this industrial drive controller can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without experiencing any major mechanical breakdown.
