The DDS02.1-W025-DL02-00 is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDS Drive Controllers series. Intended for modular automation cabinets, the unit exchanges commands with a higher-level motion bus to regulate torque, speed, and position for one synchronous motor. During operation it meters current to the motor windings while monitoring the encoder, closing the electromechanical loop that governs a single machine axis.

The drive supplies up to 25A of continuous output current, the maximum RMS phase current the power stage can deliver without derating. Protection against accidental contact is provided by its IP20 enclosure classification, suitable for mounting inside a closed control cabinet. Command data reach the controller through a Single-axis position control channel, so all motion calculations relate to one mechanical axis. Heat generated by the IGBT bridge is removed by Air, from inside control cabinet (internal); a built-in blower circulates cabinet air across the heat sink. For warehousing or shipment the controller withstands ambient extremes from -30 - 85°C without component damage. Altitude capability extends to 1000 m; above this level the thinner air would reduce internal cooling performance and require derating. Hardware identification follows Bosch Rexroth’s modular coding; this model belongs to line 02 and firmware stage Version 1, which pairs with matching supply modules and parameter files used throughout the DDS02 family.
