The DDS02.1-W025-DL01-01-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDS Drive Controllers series. It regulates torque, speed, and position of synchronous and induction motors in automated machinery where coordinated motion is required. By converting command signals from a higher-level controller into controlled three-phase output, the unit acts as the link between the motion controller and the motor in packaging lines, transfer systems, and similar industrial equipment. This arrangement lets the drive handle closed-loop motion tasks such as indexing, feed movement, and synchronized machine sequences without placing power electronics at the motor. The rated operating range is 0 to 45 °C, so the drive can deliver full current in standard machine-room conditions. When powered off, it tolerates storage temperatures from -30 to 85 °C, which helps protect electronic components during transport and warehouse storage. Installation is permitted up to 1000 m above sea level. Above that altitude, cooling margin is reduced and current may need to be lowered. The control logic uses Function ID 01, while the unit belongs to Line 02 and version 1 of the DDS platform.
