This allows coordinated positioning, speed regulation, and torque control in automated handling cells, printing lines, and material-forming equipment. In practical use, the controller serves as the power stage between the rack supply and the motor axis, converting incoming commands into controlled electrical output. That arrangement lets connected machinery maintain repeatable motion during acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state operation.
The controller exchanges setpoint values with the host PLC through an ANALOG interface, so velocity or torque commands are delivered as ±10 V signals that the internal control loops process in real time. It can deliver a continuous phase current of 50 A, which supports demanding servo axes without immediate thermal derating under normal conditions.
