The DDS02.1-F200-DA07-01 is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is designed for integration within the DDS Drive Controllers series. Serving as the power and control stage between a supply module and an Indramat servo motor, the unit modulates three-phase output according to incoming command signals. This control allows precise velocity and torque regulation in automated machinery while supporting coordinated movement under changing load conditions.
The drive has a continuous output rating of 200 A, enabling it to support large synchronous or induction motors without thermal derating under normal operating conditions. Command data enters through an analog interface, so speed or torque setpoints are delivered as ±10 V or 4–20 mA references rather than fieldbus telegrams. Heat produced at this current level is removed through a coolant channel that circulates fluid along internal surfaces. This cooling method maintains semiconductor temperatures within operating limits and permits cabinet mounting where airflow is limited. The electronics and power terminals are housed in an IP20 enclosure, which is suitable for installation inside a protected panel while guarding against accidental contact with internal components. Rotor position is returned to the control loops through digital servo feedback, providing high-resolution information for stable closed-loop performance at both low and high speeds.
The controller supports operation from 0 to 45 °C, allowing use on factory floors maintained within common industrial temperature ranges. During storage or transportation, the unit tolerates temperatures from -30 to 85 °C, reducing the risk of temperature-related damage in unconditioned facilities. Reliable operation is supported at elevations up to 1000 m above sea level without altitude-related derating. The unit carries Function ID Version 01 for its assigned control functions. It is part of Line 02 and is produced as Version 1, aligning it with compatible supply, feedback, and extension modules across the DDS platform.
