Product Description:
The DDS02.1-F050-DA02-00 drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth features a starting lockout mechanism to prevent the connected motors from starting up accidentally when there is a fault. The product comprises an X2 connector to connect a serial RS 232 C interface. The device uses an analog interface for communication. The unit commissioning must be done with the manufacturer’s IKS0391 service cable. This interface is used to parameterize the controller at the time of startup with the help of a terminal. The controller is designed for operation between 0°C and 40°C with rated data. It supports a maximum allowable relative humidity of 95%.
The controller features a connection to the motor feedback through its X4 connector. The cable used for connecting the feedback should not have a length of more than 75m if the manufacturer’s cable is used. The AS+ and AS- terminals of this drive controller function as control inputs for the relay coils. These inputs have a 1.5W power rating and a 20VDC to 30VDC voltage rating. The product uses the accessories kit to simplify the electrical connection process. The device supports a connection to either the right or the left of the power supply. The unit utilizes a coolant for its cooling purpose.
The drive controller is connected with its coolant equipment using two coupling units. The product incorporates a ‘Bb’ ready-to-operate contact that closes when the product is ready for turning ON the power supply. This device must always be stored in a dry and shock-free place that is free of dust. The unit must be transported using shock damping transports if needed. It should not have any load during transit. The controller must also neither be tipped nor dropped during transport. The controller must not be operated with an unregulated supply unit. This controller with a warranty backup of one year can be shipped internationally.
