The DDS02.1-A200-DS46-00-FW industrial drive controller is a new-generation industrial control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors used in industrial production systems. This drive controller is supplied to the operator as a fully configured unit made up of different modules such as the software module, additional plug-in module, and various other connection modules through which the controller connects to all other parts of the servo system. The DDS02.1-A200-DS46-00-FW drive controller is not supplied with a firmware module; this has to be specially ordered by the operator a separate sub-unit depending on the industrial application for which the controller is required. This drive controller does not generate a high amount of noise during operation; thus, it can be operated at any time of the day without causing any significant disturbance to the environment.
The DDS02.1-A200-DS46-00-FW drive controller can be connected to all INDRAMAT supply units with a regulated DC 24 volts voltage supply; however, it should not be connected to the TVM supply unit as the electrical voltage supplied by this unit is not regulated. All parts of this controller must meet the international quality standard as stated by Rexroth Indramat in the documentation of the device; the operation of the controller with sub-standard components can lead to dangerous movement in the documentation of the device.
The housing unit of this controller contains a fault reset key which industrial operators can use to quickly shut down the operation of the controller during any operational error. The DDS02.1-A200-DS46-00-FW drive controller also features a modular design which allows for the easy replacement of faulty parts of this controller without the need for the reconfiguration of the whole device.
