The DDS02.1-A200-DA02-00 drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the DDS Drive Controllers series. It is a digital AC servo drive controller that converts command signals into three-phase output for compatible Indramat synchronous motors. In multi-axis systems, it serves as the power stage between the supply bus and the motor so coordinated axes can follow commanded motion profiles. This allows automated stations to manage speed and torque during repeatable positioning, pressing, and indexing tasks in assembly and machining cells.

This unit communicates with the control system through an analog interface, allowing voltage or current setpoints to regulate torque or velocity. Its continuous output capability reaches 200 A, which is the maximum continuous motor phase current the power stage can supply. The enclosure has an IP20 rating, so the module is intended for cabinet installation while still protecting against accidental finger contact.
