The DDS02.1-A200-DA01-00 drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth should be de-energized using the master switch and prevented from turning on again during maintenance, repair or cleaning work. The controller must not be operated near remote control, high frequency or radio equipment. This product uses an analog interface for communication. The startup of this device requires the use of an IKS0391 service cable. The unit is compatible with the manufacturer’s synchronous and inductance linear motors. It can be installed in printing, packaging and textile machinery. The electrical connecting points of the components should never be touched when the controller is turned ON.
The live parts of this drive controller must be always covered before it is switched ON. The product tends to move dangerously because of faulty wiring or a software error. This movement can take place at any stage of operation. The basic unit of this device comes with empty slots that can be fitted with a software module and plugin modules. The software module of the drive controller depends on the functions of the drive and the selected hardware configuration. The product can operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C with derated data. The motor power cable of this controller has separate shielded cable pairs for the motor brake and monitoring the temperature of the motor. The analog outputs of this product are used for diagnostic purposes. Its starting lockout prevents the unintentional startup of the associated motor from starting up when there is a fault. The device must neither be tipped nor dropped during transport. The unit must always be dry during storage and transit. The controller is meant to always be stored between -30°C and 85°C. The product is not protected against penetration of water or intentional access by hand. The device comes with a warranty backup for one year and can be sent to any international destination.
