This digital AC servo drive controller links a motion-control host with a connected motor, converting command signals into regulated current so machinery can maintain accurate position, speed, and torque. It is intended for multi-axis systems that require coordinated motion, including transfer lines, packaging equipment, and discrete-part assembly stations. The controller supports closed-loop operation in applications where repeatable axis response is important during indexing, feeding, and synchronized movement.

Communication with higher-level controllers is handled through the SERCOS interface, which allows deterministic exchange of command and feedback data over fiber-optic cabling. Thermal management relies on external air cooling, so fresh air is drawn from outside the control cabinet to carry away drive losses. The power section can deliver up to 150 A of continuous output current, giving the unit the capacity to run medium-to-large servo motors during sustained load changes. An IP20 housing provides finger protection when the drive is installed in a closed panel, and front status LEDs make operating states easy to check. The fixed Function ID 01 keeps the parameter structure consistent for this drive type.
