The DDS02.1-A150-DA02-01-FW is a drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDS Drive Controllers series. It regulates three-phase servo motors in automated machinery by converting drive commands into controlled torque and speed so machine axes follow programmed motion profiles. The controller serves as the link between a higher-level PLC and the motor power stage, supplying current, processing feedback signals, and applying protective limits during operation. This arrangement allows the drive to support coordinated motion in equipment where stable axis response and repeatable positioning are required throughout normal machine cycles.
The unit exchanges setpoint and diagnostic signals through an analog interface, while motor position is returned through digital servo feedback.
