The DDS02.1-A100-DS63-00-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. The unit serves as the power and control stage between Indramat servo motors and a higher-level control system, converting commanded data into precisely regulated current for closed-loop axis motion in industrial automation. It is intended for cabinet-mounted drive systems where accurate torque, speed, and position control are required during continuous machine operation. This makes the controller suitable for coordinated motion tasks in production equipment that depends on stable servo response and repeatable axis behavior.
It provides a continuous output of 100 A, allowing the controller to drive medium-to-high-power synchronous axes without current derating. Command and diagnostic data are exchanged over the SERCOS interface, a deterministic fiber-optic bus that supports real-time multi-axis coordination. The unit is supplied as Version 1.
