The DDS02.1-A100-DS06-03-FW/S002 is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDS Drive Controllers series. The product is part of Line 02 in the platform and uses version 1, which places it within a modular cabinet-based drive system for coordinated motion. Installed inside a control cabinet, it supplies regulated three-phase power to a compatible motor and exchanges status data with the automation system, enabling precise closed-loop motion in packaging, material-handling, and printing equipment.

The controller exchanges real-time drive commands and diagnostic data over the SERCOS interface, which supports fiber-optic communication in multi-axis networks. It can deliver up to 100 A of continuous output current, making it suitable for medium-power axes that need rapid acceleration and steady torque delivery. The housing has an IP20 rating, which provides basic finger protection while the control cabinet supplies the surrounding protection. The drive maintains full performance between 0 to 45 °C during operation. It can be stored or transported between -30 to 85 °C without damage to electronic components when it is not energized. Installation is permitted up to 1000 m above sea level before output derating is required. Most indoor factory locations fall within this altitude range, provided the controller is mounted in a properly ventilated cabinet and kept within normal industrial conditions.
