The DDS02.1-A100-DS04-01 is a servo drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. This allows commanded speed, torque, and position profiles to be followed with high repeatability on assembly lines, packaging stations, and material-handling gantries. It regulates motor current as motion demands change, helping the connected axis remain stable during indexing, speed changes, and positioning tasks. The controller is suited to machines where several axes operate from a shared automation platform.
For networked control, it carries a SERCOS interface, allowing fiber-optic real-time communication between the drive and the master controller. The power stage is rated for up to 100 A, giving the axis headroom for rapid acceleration without overloading the internal IGBTs. During storage or transport, electronic components withstand a non-operating range of -30 to 85 °C without degradation of insulation or electrolytic capacitors.
