Product Description

DDC01.2-N200A-DS01-02-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive. The product is developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This is version 2 and of the series 1. The product is available with some interesting features which makes it quite function. 100 A to 200 A rated current is its noise emission at the motor. It has a rated current of 200A. When we consider about its cooling, it is through Air. Its function code is 02 and its command module is known to be SERCOS interface. Its motor feedback is said to be digital servo feedback.

The firmware of the driver is factory assigned and needs to be ordered separately. As in the case of all products of this series, the product is available with space saving installation. It doesn’t have a control cabinet and is installed directly at the feeder. There are no long connections between the drive and the motor which can be susceptible to interference.

The power shutoff of the driver is through an integrated protection system in DDC. The power supply is well isolated with a contractor that is built in the unit. It has a direct connection to 220V three phase power source. The driver is expected to have a long lifespan because of the currentless switching. There is also an integral DC bus which helps in dynamic braking. If there is any problem in electronic circuitry of drive, it can be decelerated and again stopped with the help of an integral dynamic brake system. There is also a motor holding brake which helps in controlling and also monitoring of the holding brake of motor. This is usually integrated in the servo drive unit.
