Product Description

The DDC01.1-K200A-DS01-02-FW model is designed and manufactured by the Rexroth Indramat. It provides high operational reliability when used in conjunction with the respective modules and motors. A microprocessor is installed in this model for controlling its functions and it provides maintenance-free operations when used according to the prescribed method. The DDC01.1 digital servo drive is equipped with a SERCOS interface module (DSS 01.3) for performing real-time communication between the drive, motor, and other I/O modules. The U2 – U4 slots of the basic unit are empty and the firmware module (DSM 02.1) is installed into the U5 slot of the drive. Before commissioning, the drive should be programmed according to the required operations and the minimum distance of 300 mm should be maintained at the air outlet of the drive. The DDC01.1 digital servo drive also provides a connection for overtemperature monitoring and holding brake. It is mainly used to control and monitor the functions of the MDD AC servo motors by Rexroth Indramat.

The model DDC01.1-K200A-DS01-02-FW operates at the supply voltage of AC 3 × 380 – 460 V with a system frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. Digital servo feedback is installed in this model for indirect position detection. A blower unit is used to dissipate the 500 W of heat to maintain the ambient temperature of the cabinet. The pulse width modulation frequency of the drive is 4 kHz and it delivers the continuous power output of 7.5 kW while operating at the rated current of 200 A. The ideal temperature range for DDC01.1 drive is +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be stored, without any damage, between the temperature range of -30 to +85 degree Celsius.
