Bosch Rexroth provides the modern design and development of different industrial automation equipment such as digital servo drives, frequency converters, and brake resistors.

The DDC01.1-K200A-DL11-00/S001 model is equipped with a single-axis positioning module and the main rectifier. In conjunction with DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module, the drive acts as a digital intelligent single-axis positioning controller. The model comes with an H1 status display for diagnosing errors and faults and an S1 reset key is placed to reset the drive in case of any malfunction. The DDC01.1 digital servo drive provides digital intelligent control of Rexroth Indramat MDD AC servo motors. The model should only be used in conjunction with the prescribed controller and motor. The DDC01.1 digital servo drive is also equipped with an RS-232 serial interface for connecting VT terminals or PC. The speed and position of the AC servo motor are controlled via digital servo feedback. The basic unit of the drive is equipped with a power rectifier, a bleeder resistor, and 5 plug-in slots for installing various plug-in modules. The unit operates at the rated voltage of AC 3 × 380 – 460 V and it can operate at a maximum current of 200 A with the continuous current delivery of 45 A.

The model DDC01.1-K200A-DL11-00/S001 can operate normally between the permissible ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius under the permissible relative humidity of 95%. The continuous regenerated power of the unit is 0.25 kW with a peak regenerated power of 20 kWs. Under extreme load, the power requirement for the drive is 22.5 kVA and the drive undergoes the maximum power loss of 500 W. The total weight of the DDC01.1 basic unit is approximately 22 kg excluding the weight of the blower unit and mounting kit.
