Product Description

The Rexroth DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-01-FW is an Indramat DDC series digital drive controller. It is an air cooled device which requires 5 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and less than 1000 meters altitude for operation as per rated specifications. If the controller is operated outside these recommended thresholds then the output of the controller will derate. The rated output of the DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-01-FW controller is 100 Amps. Firmware for the controller needs to be ordered separately. The controller firmware is stored in the software module which is installed in Slot U1. If a controller starts to malfunction, it can be replaced with a working controller with the software module from the malfunctioning controller. This modular approach to controller design enables rapid troubleshooting. The DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-01-FW supports digital servo feedback.

Input voltage rating of the controller is 230 / 220 Volts AC (three-phase). A DLC single-axis positioning module is installed on the DDC01.1-K100A-DL20-01-FW. This module expands the controller to create a stand-alone single-axis positioning controller which can be programed with a maximum of 3000 blocks. Each of these program sequences contains the details for one specific motion sequence or input states that need monitoring or outputs that need to be set. A 34-pin plug-in connector is provided on the front of the DLC module which can be used for interfacing with a programming and display unit. The front of the DCL module also cottons a 9-pin male connector for interfacing with RS 232 / RS 485 devices. The DDC01.1- K100A-DL20-01-FW has a modular structure. Slot U1 is fixed for the software. Slots U2 to U4 can be used for auxiliary plug-in modules including digital I/O modules and Interbus modules. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
