Product Description

Control sections in the CSH series are essential parts of the drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive system. They have a compact construction with several interfaces for application-specific use. Some applications of the drive controllers with these units are food processing and packaging machines, paper processing and printing machines, handling and mounting systems, and machine tools.

The CSH01.3C-PB-EN2-EN1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable single-axis CSH control section in the Design-3 line manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its compact build allows its simplified installation within the power section of the drive controller, but this plug-in action should not exceed 20 times. It also features spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at its connection points, ensuring the reliable performance of the overall system. These electrical connectors are designed to resist vibration and other mechanical stresses, making them well-suited for use in industrial environments. They are also easy to use and maintain. The control section’s typical inrush current of 4A and maximum pulse width of 100ms. It can be used with firmware, but this must be ordered separately.

Different encoder types can be connected to the CSH01.3C-PB-EN2-EN1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW via its encoder evaluation interface and Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. They are both D-sub type interfaces with 15 poles each. The encoder evaluation interface is for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. Its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface also permits the connection of encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak.
