The CSH01.3C-PB-EN2-EN1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It serves as the control layer inside IndraDrive power units, coordinating motion commands, encoder feedback, fieldbus communication, and integrated safety so that multiple axes can operate in a synchronized way within an automation cell. This arrangement lets the controller manage signal processing and axis coordination without requiring separate external control hardware for each function.

The module exchanges cyclic set points and diagnostic data with upper-level PLCs through PROFIBUS, while an auxiliary Ethernet service port follows the IEEE 802.3 standard for cross communication and service access. Two differential analog inputs support a range of ±10 V and use an input impedance of 160 kΩ, which helps limit loading effects when connected sensors have modest drive capability. One configurable analog output provides a reference level of 5 V / 1 mA for external actuators or monitoring devices. Channel En2 supplies 5.0 V to external sensors and can deliver up to 350 mA into loads down to 35 Ω, so secondary encoders or brake relays can be powered directly from the board. Analog, digital, and safety functions are combined on one control section. This reduces cabinet wiring and allows position loops, velocity loops, and motion shutdown functions to be integrated within the same control platform.
