Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections deliver reliable performance and enhanced safety. They provide a comprehensive solution for advanced motion control thanks to their seamless integration with other system components via multiple interfaces.

The CSH01.2C-SE-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It boasts a SERCOS communication module, which facilitates the exchange of target and actual values between the system and control units. This module provides high-speed communication, as it uses fiber optic cables, allowing for real-time data exchange with excellent accuracy and low latency. The cross communication module in the CSH control section complies with the IEEE 802.3 standard and improves the system’s overall performance. It does this by enabling coordinated actions and information transfer within the system. Like other control sections in the series, this model permits switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz. It also has a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms.

Operating the CSH01.2C-SE-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas is not recommended. This is because it is a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3.
