Product Description

Food processing and packaging machines, handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and printing and paper processing machines are some applications of the IndraDrive drive controllers by Bosch Rexroth. These components of the ultra-efficient IndraDrive drive system are composed of control sections and power sections.

The CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-ENS-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section with two standard encoder evaluation interfaces compatible with encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. These encoders include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. The configurable CSH model is equipped with a PROFIBUS communication module designed for the smooth cyclical exchange of specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages. It also uses a cross-communication module master that meets the standard of IEEE 802.3. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.

With the responsive and user-friendly control panel on the CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-ENS-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW, users can adjust the settings of the control system. This standard control panel is also used to perform functions like establishing the position data reference, setting the drive address, and setting the analog outputs. The CSH model has a protective starting lockout feature that complies with stop category 0, according to EN 60204-1. It can be used with firmware, but this must be ordered as a separate item. The compact build of the Design-2 control section allows it to be mounted and dismounted seamlessly, but this plug-in action should be limited to a maximum of 20 times.
