Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive system is a safe and efficient system with future-proof qualities. Its drive controllers are composed of control sections like those in the CSH series and power sections. These products are used in handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and printing machines.

The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is a model of the modular single-axis control sections designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a sercos communication module, through which it interacts with other system components. This module uses fiber optic cables to ensure smooth and secure data transfer. It also allows for minimal wiring, saving installation time and reducing costs. Encoders with a supply voltage of 12V are compatible with the control section thanks to its standard encoder evaluation interface. Examples include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface.

Starting lockout in the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW complies with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. It is a useful safety feature that reduces downtime and improves the efficiency of the production process by lowering the risk of accidents and injuries.
