With the drive controllers from Bosch Rexroth, flawless motion control can be achieved. They are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are composed of two essential parts: the control section and the power section. The applications of these devices include printing and paper processing machines and handling and mounting systems.

The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a control section model in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It features a standard encoder evaluation interface through which encoders with a 12V supply voltage can be connected. This interface has the D-sub type of connection point and 15 poles. Encoders that can be connected to it are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the encoder system of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. The configurable control section is also equipped with an encoder evaluation interface that connects encoders with a 5V supply voltage. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.

Communication between the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW and other control units is achieved through its parallel interface communication module. The module contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs organized into groups of four inputs and four outputs. These inputs/outputs are galvanically isolated from the control section. The control section also has a compact size that allows it to be mounted and dismounted easily, but this must not exceed 20 times. It supports operation at switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. As a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3, it is designed for industrial use.
