Product Description

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW advanced control section offered by Bosch Rexroth uses an ENS module to perform standard encoder evaluation with a differential input. The control section supports the connection of two conductors in a single terminal connecting point using TWIN ferrules or wires of the identical cross-section. This product is free of harmful substances such as chlorinated hydrocarbons, PCB, asbestos and mercury. The device receives its supply voltage through the 0V and 24V terminal connectors of the power section. The unit has no Type 3 digital inputs. It features five switching frequencies ranging from 2kHz to 16kHz.

The single-axis section can use either a memory card with loaded firmware or a preformatted memory card for easy parameter transmission. The product uses its standard control panel for setting the drive address and analog outputs as well as starting the basic load defaults procedure. The device does not implement any safety technology. The unit has an EN2 optional module that is compatible with encoders that have a 5V supply voltage. This module depicts an EnDat 2.1 / 1Vpp / TTL encoder. The section is not to be put to use when there is a high-temperature variation. This control section is tagged with a warranty period of one year.

The product supports a limited number of plug-in and removal actions. The device installation must be done as described in the documentation. The unit must never be fitted with components that are not supported by its manufacturer. Its components must not be used in public low-voltage mains supplying area as this can cause high-frequency interference. The section has live connection points during operation. The power installation of the product is done taking the safety regulations into consideration. Its ENS module has a typical supply voltage of 11.6V and a maximum output current of 500mA.
