CSH02.5B-CC-EC-EC-NN-DA-NN-NW is a CSH02.5 series advanced and configurable control unit. It is a primary component of Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive motor control systems. It features SERCOS III master communication. SERCOS is the acronym for Serial Real-time Communication system, which is a standardized communication protocol widely used in industrial automation. One of its key advantages is accurate synchronization and precise communication, which enable consistent response times for critical control tasks. Data transmission speeds of up to 100 Mbps enable rapid data exchange. SERCOS supports multiple network topologies including ring, star and line. Safe motion control functions and communication allow high levels of operational safety. The control unit supports two multi-encoder interface modules and one analog/digital I/O extension module. One slot is available for a module that operators may want to install later on.
The control unit is one component of the controller: other components include power sections, firmware and control panels. These products are designed for use in industrial environments.
