Product Description:

CSH02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section with Multi-Ethernet master communication and two optional hardware modules. The master communication module features two physical Ethernet interfaces, which allow simultaneous communication with two devices or networks. These interfaces also allow the node to be part of a ring-topology network which is resilient to a single interface/cable failure and offers higher reliability. One of the modules installed on the CSH02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-NN-FW is a multi-encoder interface module. This module is compatible with several motors encoders used on Bosch industrial servo motors. The details related to compatible encoders can be seen in the relevant product documentation. The second module installed on the control section is a safety module that supports safe motion. Two slots for optional modules are available on the control section. These can be used to add functionality to the control section.

These two vacant slots can accommodate a range of modules including Profibus, encoder emulation, CANopen, and digital/analog I/O extension. The control section mounts onto a power section that provides DC power for the control electronics and other electronic components. The power consumption of the control sections consists of the components including basic equipment and optional equipment. According to the options with which the configurable control sections are equipped, the power consumption of the optional modules has to be added. This does not change the specifications for inrush current – which does not exceed 5 Amps - and pulse width – which does not exceed 1 millisecond. The power consumption is specified as the maximum value of the respective component and can occur at separate components. In drive systems with several components, the power consumption under statistical assumptions will be less than the calculated value.
