CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-SB-NN-NN-FW is an advanced Bosch Rexroth control section. It is a configurable device that works with a standard control panel. This type of control panel has a single-line display and keypad. As it does not support hot plug, operators must ensure that the control panel is connected to the drive controller before the latter is switched on. A standard control panel has 400 Kbytes memory for the MLD boot program and 492 bytes memory for the MLD retain variables. Two multi-encoder interface modules are installed on the CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-SB-NN-NN-FW control section. These modules allow use of the controller with a wide range of motor encoders. The control section is also equipped with a safety module that enables safe motion bus technology. One slot for an optional module is available on the control section and can be utilized as per requirements.
The control section supports Multi-Ethernet master communication. The firmware for the CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-SB-NN-NN-FW must be ordered as a separate item. To identify the installed firmware version, operators can refer to the firmware type plate on the control section. Addition type plates are also attached to the device including a control section type plate and a power section type plate. The power section provides DC supply for the control section and any optional modules. Only trained personnel should assemble or disassemble the control section from the power section. For any specific controller, the mounting or dismounting activity must not be carried out more than 20 times. Failure to follow this precaution can lead to equipment damage.
