The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-PB-S4-EC-NN-FW controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It serves as a central motion and logic unit that coordinates drives and peripheral devices in automated machinery. Designed to act as a master on deterministic networks, the unit links axis control, safety supervision, and fieldbus communication into one compact module for cabinet installation. It streamlines command execution and real-time feedback for packaging lines, material handling systems, and other multi-axis applications.

On the signal side, the controller offers 11 digital inputs for status monitoring and 3 analog inputs for process values. Two voltage-mapped channels provide 2 analog outputs for proportional control of external actuators. Five configurable I/O points can be assigned as contacts or drivers. Network integration is handled through the PROFIBUS port, reached via a D-Sub 9-pin female plug, while time-critical axis commands move through the SERCOS III master link. Two encoder interfaces accept incremental or absolute feedback through D-Sub 15-pin female connectors.
