At the fieldbus layer, the controller functions as a SERCOS III master, allowing synchronized telegram updates to every axis. Incoming current feedback is digitized with 12-bit granularity, while the internal digital-to-analog converter refreshes command outputs every 250 µs. Each incremental step represents 24 mV per increment, allowing fine voltage modulation for torque-mode drives. Separate voltage channels are sampled with a 14-bit resolution to monitor supply quality in parallel, and a multi-encoder interface supports EnDat, SSI, and incremental feedback formats for flexible machine integration.
