The CSH01.3C-SE-ENS-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable, single-axis control section in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a SERCOS interface, which serves as its master communication module and two Encoder IndraDyn with Hiperface (1 Vpp/ TTL) interfaces. The SERCOS interface uses fiber optic cables for the connection of the drive controller to high-level control devices. The fiber optic cable also has a union nut at its coupling elements, with a maximum tightening torque of 0.6 Nm. The compatible encoders with the ENS interfaces of this control section include the encoder system of IndraDyn S motors (MSK motors), the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 interface, and so on.
The safety technology module of the CSH01.3C-SE-ENS-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is Safe Motion with a SIL 2/PL d safety rating. It features an optional cross-communication interface that performs a master cross-communication function. With its compact design, this control section can easily be mounted and dismounted, but this should only be done a maximum of 20 times. It is a C3 product according to IEC 61800‑3 and is not suitable for use in public low-voltage mains.
