Product Description:
The CSH01.3C-SE-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a modular control section. It is designed by Bosch Rexroth and is a component of IndraDrive controllers that are used for motor control. The control section mounts vertically on to a compatible power section from which it draws 8.5 Watts of power. As per Bosch recommendations the mounting / dismounting of a control section is only permitted if the personnel involved in the activity have been trained specifically for this activity. To prevent equipment damage, Bosch has also limited the maximum number of times that the mounting / dismounting can be performed to 20. Master communication supported by the device is SERCOS, which uses fiber optics for real-time communication between drives. The data rates supported by SERCOS are 2 / 4 Mbps. Drives using SERCOS are connected in ring topology that allows communication to continue in the event that a single node is disabled or a single fiber is cut or damaged at a single location.
Three options modules are installed on the CSH01.3C-SE-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW namely two of encoders with EnDat 2.1 interfaces and a SERCOS cross-communication drive. The safety module on the drive is safe motion. Other safety modules that are available include safe torque off and starting lockout. The CSH01.3C-SE-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW works only with a standard control panel and not with a comfort control panel. The standard control panel features a single-line display and is not suited for hot-plug. Some of the functions that can be performed through the standard control panel include setting of the drive address, staring the based load defaults procedure and settling of the analog outputs. Due to the modular nature of the system the firmware for the CSH01.3C-SE-EN2-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW has to be ordered separately.
